Please note that I have discovered an omission in the softcover cookbook in the recipe for Hot Pickled Garden Vegetables. The omission is 3 1/3 cups white vinegar. Sorry about this!

There is also an omission on the meatloaf (Brazo de Carne) Please add 3 strips of bacon to the ingredients.
